However, Google has also added a feature of managing your apps through another device, meaning that you can manage your apps through your PC without using your phone. Right now, you can use your computer to install, uninstall and update apps directly through the Google Play store website. Basically, the Play Store is synced on your PC and on your Android device through your Google ID.
